Welcome to the Website of the 18th South Shields Boys’ Brigade Company.
We are part of The Boys' Brigade the oldest uniformed youth organisation in the world.
Our Company, founded in 1930, is based in South Shields in the north-east of England. It is one of 1500 companies who meet in the UK and Ireland.
Our members (three age sections; Anchors, Juniors and Company) meet every Wednesday evening at Talbot Road Methodist Church (pictured), in the West Park area of the town.
We have a varied program of activities and events including; a marching bugle band, sports, games, outdoor adventure and arts and crafts. All of our staff are DBS checked.
